If I schedule a paid event for my client, will they then be charged when they receive the invite I scheduled? I know they would have to pay at scheduling if they scheduled the meeting themselves.

 

Yes, my Stripe is integrated.

Payment would need to be completed by the user who is booking the event, if you’re booking the same event on behalf of the user, you would be the one responsible for payment.

I’ve spoken to users with a similar workflow, but these users will end up creating a separate secret event that does not have payment enabled, so they can book on behalf of invitees, without having to pay. Then they sent their stripe link to the invitee so they can complete the payment. I think this would be the best way to move forward here - Let me know if you have any questions!
