Hi Calendly Support,
I’ve successfully integrated Stripe with my Calendly account, and the payment setup appears to be complete. However, when clients attempt to book an appointment and proceed to payment, an error message appears stating that the card or payment has been declined.
I’ve tested this with multiple valid cards and the issue persists. The Stripe account is active and functioning correctly outside of Calendly, so the issue seems to be with the integration during the booking/payment process.
Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this error and guide me on how to resolve it?
