Hello, 

 

I am unable to connect PayPal with my Calendly. Every time I try I get the message that my account needs to be verified. PayPal says it is verified and that it is a Calendly issue. Please help. I have been trying to do this for about 2 weeks already. I been in contact with PayPal and nothing can’t be done\.

I asked the Calendly support team for help with this and they said that this is unfortunately very much a PayPal error message which we generally hear about when your email address isn’t verified with them. It’s super frustrating that you’ve been stuck in this loop and I definitely want to make sure you’re all good on the Calendly side, so my peers recommended you reach out to support@calendly.com and they can check your account (in ways that I can’t on Community).
