People are replying to the Calendly reminder txt, but I do not get those, where are those going and how can it be routing to me? People are responding to those to reschedule or send info and never get it.

The text messages are no-reply text messages, so any replies aren’t really going anywhere at all.
I’d recommend using the text messages to direct invitees towards the event for rescheduling, communication, etc. to help ensure you are getting follow up, questions, etc.
