Hello. There are multiple times that we are scheduling meetings for our clients that contains multiple people. When we do the poll meeting links and send to our clients, why arent we getting a notification back that they responded. Is there a way to be notified that the invitees have responded or do we have to remember to go back to check each time we send out a scheduling poll?

You should be getting a notification when people reply (literally just went back in my own emails to triple check my last meeting poll). It might be worth checking spam/trash folders if you can and if your organization has company level filters with IT, making sure the emails aren’t getting hung up there either. They would be coming notifications@calendly.com with a subject line of ‘ Name] has voted in a poll for lEvent Title]’.
