Powered by Calendly cannot be turned off

Thanks for reaching out here about this! We are in the process of getting an article together for this issue, that should be released soon! But in the meantime, since you’re in a larger organization, you’ll want to contact your Organization Owner and have them check their Branding Page. They should see an option to turn off Calendly Branding, as well as an option to Apply to all users in your organization. Could you have them check to make sure this is disabled, and applied to all users? (Keep in mind, this is exclusive to the Organization Owner)

My admin turned it off hours ago. It still shows. Why create this new problem for tens of thousands of users? Why not revert this change? 

can you look at our settings and let us know why a simple change hasn’t propagated?

Hi ​@Karthik88655 - I got in touch with our support team to have a look at the account settings. It appears the Organization Owner still has the option enabled and not applied to the users in the organization. The org owner will need to go to their branding page and check those options and disable the branding - Then select Save Changes. If you notice the option becoming enabled shortly after saving it, I would recommend your org owner reach out to our support team to look into the unexpected behavior.

We’re having this issue and Org Owner is out, so I’m waiting to confirm the toggle is off. 

It does seem like this is maybe a little obtuse that it is limited to org owner. A global admin ought to be able to adjust it if they can adjust every other aspect of event pages including the branding images.
