If my client pre-pays for an event/appointment, if they cancel, does the Stripe integration refund their payment? If so, can I prevent this?

Good question and I can see a zillion different reasons for asking.
I just checked our very helpful Help Center page on the Stripe integration and found: “Does Calendly process refunds? No, refunds must be processed manually by the account holder. Calendly support will direct invitees to contact you regarding any payments they submit through your scheduling page.” Looks like you’re all good!
I’d definitely recommend including some sort of info either on your company site or the booking page itself on your personal refund policy. It’ll certainly save you some headaches!
