Prevent client from booking a meeting that goes past my desired meeting availability time

I have a 60-minute Calendly meeting for clients set up Monday to Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m. A client booked a 60-minute meeting on a Thursday starting at 4:30 p.m., which means that it will go to 5:30 p.m.. How did he manage that?

That is definitely less than ideal. There are quite a few reasons why this could have happened, but the easiest way to determine the root cause is to use our Troubleshooting Availability tool as it can dig into why a time either should or should not be available.
