Hello,

We provide product demo for customer in our country (France). However, we often get bookings from countries which are not France and that we want to exclude.

How can we prevent calendly user to access to booking or cancel the booking afterward if phone number have an excluded country code?

Hi Alexandre03528,

Calendly does not support the kind of screening you are describing. We do, however, take security very seriously and if you are receiving spam meetings or any other types of malicious activity via Calendly please reach out to us at security@calendly.com or to our Customer Support team so that we can identify the bad actors.

As a workaround, I’d suggest using a screening question before allowing access to your booking page. In the question make it clear that these meetings are for customers located in France only and that any phone numbers with incorrect country codes will be deleted. This should decrease errant bookings and also clearly identify bad actors. I’m leaving a resource below, for anyone else that comes upon this post, which describes our security compliance and protocols.
