Hello,

Can anyone shine some light on the process for signing up using the nonprofit rate? I sent 2-3 emails last week to support@calendly with my info including my non profit document but I have not heard back despite my emails being read (I track them). On the ticket response it is listed as closed even though NO ONE at support ever reached back out to me. I was hoping to get my account back up again by the top of this month and the lack of response is throwing a wrench and is frankly a bit disappointing as a former premium user. I would like to be again so I am not sure what the issue is in getting the non profit rate. Maybe I am missing a step to claim the discounted rate?

Hi @SparkedByIE - Thanks for reaching out.

I got in touch with our support team to see whats going on. It looks like there were multiple tickets open for this case so they were merged into a single ticket, which is why it appears as ‘Closed’, but I am seeing a ticket still open for them to respond to.

In this case, you have a couple options.

  • You can subscribe to the standard plan first, then chat in with our support team to work out the details for your non-profit rate
  • Wait for a response to your open ticket, it will take some time due to this being our busy season, but I can assure that your request is still open. 🙂

But you are following the right process here, emailing them before you subscribe is the best way to go about it, just let me know if you have any questions!

Hi,
Thanks for responding - although I do wish the support team would email me back since it has been a week and the chatbot function feels like this has complicated this. I have not gotten clarity on how the non-profit pricing works if I upgrade first. As you can imagine running a non profit on a tight budget I need this clarity and communication. It feels weird to ask me to pay more money to get communication and clarity on the discount rate especially when this is not what is outlined on the website. It says to email and the auto-responder says someone will respond to me during Calendly office hours. Is there an ETA on when I will hear back on the rate before I sign up? Again, its been a week with no response at all but I do see my emails are being opened - just no one is communicating back.

Thanks for your help David

Hi @SparkedByIE - Thanks for reaching back out.

I believe those emails being read are from when those tickets were merged together, apologies for the confusion there. I’ve updated them on your request, but I don’t quite have an ETA on when they’ll get back just yet. If I have any other updates I’ll let you know.

Let me know if you have any questions
