Hi, I created a group event with 5 different time slots on a specific date, 330, 415, 5, 545, and 630pm. At first I put the max number of invitees at a 100 but that was a mistake. I needed it to be 6. I went and changed it to 6 but this was after 2 people signed up at 415 and 3 people signed up at 630. After I changed it, the times of 330, 5, and 545 were changed to 6 spots available which is great. The 415 times says 98 available and 630 says 97 available.  It appears I cannot change these after someone signed up?. These did not save over once I made the change.. 415 should say 4 instead of 98 and 630 should say 3 now. How do I change this?  If I can’t, how do I lock down the 415 and 630 time slot?

You actually can fix this - you just have to take a secondary step for the time slots that were booked before you updated the event type settings! For future reference, all event type settings in place at the time of a booking will remain in place even when you update the event’s settings, and the new settings will apply to all future bookings/time slots only. This includes duration, availability, comms like booking notifications and reminders and so on - so keep that in mind!

However, there is an exception, here! Head to your “scheduled events” tab > “upcoming” and scroll to the booked times you need to update. On the lefthand side of those bookings you should see the ability to update the max invitee limit for that specific time slot. Open it and change it, click “apply”, and do this for each time slot needing changed from “100” to “6” invitees. You’re all set! (See below.) 

Head to “Scheduled Events” and click “Edit Invitee Limit” next to the desired booked date/time
Edit the invitee limit. In this case, I changed it from “15” to “6”. Click “Apply”. Do this for each booked date/time you need to update.
