Every time a client schedules a meeting through a Calendly link, a phone call (with a different specific client) also gets added to my Google calendar, always at 7:15 pm that evening.  I don’t see anything in how I set up the link that would indicate to also schedule another event. I don’t believe I ever scheduled anything with the specific client that gets scheduled, so I am not sure how his name was even added.

Any suggestions? For Calendly support, here is the sample link:

Hi @David_ZHP - Thanks for reaching out!

That seems like odd behavior - Do you happen to have any integrations with Salesforce or Zapier that could be adding events automatically? You can see what integrations are connected here: https://calendly.com/integrations?tab=manage

Let me know! We can look into it from there.

David, Thanks for the reply. I checked and I do have a Zap created to add a contact through Calendly, and the Zap currently then creates the phone call appointment!  Duh, I must have not paid attention when I created the Zap. It may have been my first one, in my defense… LOL

Thanks again, that solves my issue.

Haha, glad to hear it!
