Rebooking existing clients when i have a stripe payment set up

I have a stripe payment set up on my Calendly account so that new clients pay a deposit to secure their appointment. In some cases, I have to book a follow up appointment for them. How can I do this and bypass the payment collection part? If I’m booking it on their behalf, do I need to turn off the ‘collect payment’ section each time? Or is their a more straight forward way?

Hi @LucentClinic!There isn’t currently a way to bypass payment on an event type that is set to collect payment (unless you turn off the payment piece of course). The best workaround we know of right now is to clone your paid event so that you have a second identical event, remove the payment collection from that cloned event, and make it a ‘secret’ event so only you have access to it. That way you can book through it, your invitees have the experience they expect, and all is well!Hope this helps.
