recurrent meetings off site effecting on site

We just formed a partnership where one employee will be booked and working from the partners location every third Monday of the Month. All three other Mondays need to remain in the round robin on their regularly scheduled assignment. I know how to add the new appointment type to custom and enter the dates the employee will be at the other location and have a custom link for that. My question for you is, the other Mondays, how do I keep them in the Monday round robin rotation without accidentally scheduling them at our location on a monday they are not there?

Hi ​@Arapahoe52388 - Thanks for reaching out!

In this case, I’d recommend having the user (or you) create two different availability schedules, one for your office, and another for the partners location.

From there, you’d want to add their regular schedule, then adjust their date specific hours so it blocks off those particular Mondays from being booked:
 

 

Once you select the days, remove the times at the bottom so it says Unavailable. From there, they’ll still be kept in the round robin, but won’t be able to be scheduled those particular mondays.
