Recurring meetings.

100% There have been posts requesting this for YEARS. I do not have time to manually set up every client meeting when they sign up for a series of 6-12. Not to mention it overwhelms their inbox. I can easily set up a series directly in zoom, which is what I’ve been doing.

It’s annoying because there’s no booking page or reminders with zoom, so I use Calendly for the initial meeting and then create a series in zoom and then use IFTTT for the client reminders. It’s a messy process that is all required because Calendly will not comment if they will EVER create recurring meetings.

I like the UX, integrations, and reminders with Calendly, but I’m about to cancel. If I have to multiple tools to manage my calendar, why continue with Calendly? If I already have to use zoom and IFTTT, I might as well drop Calendly and use a free booking tool for the initial meeting. 

You’re not missing anything — Calendly still doesn’t support recurring group events as a built-in feature. Every occurrence has to be scheduled separately, which is why it’s so painful for repeated sessions.

This has been heavily requested for years, but as of now there’s no native solution or timeline announced.
