Hello,

I have a high volume of meetings in my Calendly account, and I'm looking for a way to automatically register myself for every new meeting that is opened. Does anyone have experience or suggestions on how to achieve this effectively? Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Can you tell us a bit more about you’re trying to do?

I’m wildly assuming you’re on a Team account and the goal is to have better visibility across the board by being added to all of these meetings. Is that right? If so, one thing you could do is leverage a Zapier automation that fires whenever a new meeting is created and adds you through your calendar provider (if possible). Just keep in mind this will really book up your calendar which means you’re available time on Calendly could get pretty limited!
