Removing meeting from Outlook

I have a client who scheduled a meeting.  They needed to reschedule but they created another meeting instead.  I am unable to delete the old meeting from Outlook.  How do I do that?

Hey @mwhittington!

It sounds like this invitee has to active bookings with you, right? If that’s the case, head to your “scheduled events” tab > find the original booking you’d like removed from your calendar > click “details” next to that booking and then click “cancel.” This way, the original booking will be cancelled via Calendly and as such, cancelled in your Outlook calendar, leaving the new booking remaining!

    Thank you, Kelsi.  The event doesn’t show up in “scheduled events”.  Is there anything else I should check.
