The problem we run into here is that once the event is booked, the event would be posted in the connected Calendar, so there is a lot of possibility for overlap. If you’re working on booking multiple different people, we usually recommend starting an account for each person and book them individually. We have free plans available to allow for this. If these are all under your account, you’ll be set as the host by default, there is not a way to remove yourself from the event as the host currently.
If you’re looking to have more control over the events, our paid plans allow you to combine multiple users under the same organization, and create managed events that can be assigned to them specifically that they can use. You can read more on this here: Managed events overview
