It’s alright! This sounds like something where our billing team might need to generate the invoice for you, so I’d contact Support. On that link I provided above, there are 2 links - one top of article and one towards the bottom - that both link to contacting Support. Just let them know you need billing help and they’ll be able to get you all sorted.
