Hi, we have multiple round robin events for our users, and in some cases we need to add an additional host to that event when others are on vacation.

 

We know the vacation dates well in advance, is there a way to add a new host in only for specific dates? That way we could schedule it out and not have to remember to remove that person from the host option.

Thanks for reaching out on this! The best way to go about this would be to add them to the event first, then, under Scheduling Settings, select the option Set Hours By Hosts. This way, you can go into the specific hosts, and adjust their hours so they’re only available to be booked on specific days. I’ll include some screenshots below on what this looks like - But this should get you the flexibility you need. Let me know if you have any other questions! 😁

Select ‘Scheduling Settings’
Select ‘Set hours by hosts’ then select the host in question

 

Here, you can set their hours to ‘Custom Hours’ then make any changes needed
