am i the only one experiencing difficulties with a round robin function? if i want to schedule a colleague it works perfectly, but if i put the same colleague, solo, in a round robin, he has a completely different availability (much more)

Could you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing between those two events? It will help me dig into what might be going on.

It sounds like you could be combining the availabilities of both hosts with one of the Round Robin events, which would show less availability overall.

Once you send those over, I can take a closer look.


These are both the same member. in the round robin, she is the only one that is active.


The availability is default. it looks like the program takes these times

Got it - Taking a look at those screenshots, that actually doesn’t appear to be Calendly’s interface. Calendly’s booking page will look something like this:
