If i have a round robin set up with multiple underlying groups (group a, b, c, d for example) set to be selected based on answering questions prior, such as if employer name contains 'xyz' go to this group (group b)...then when the participant is looking at scheduling options (of group b) and does not see any acceptable ones to them, is there a way to show a link/option while viewing the unaccepted calendar (of group b) to go back (or “find another calendar”, “find more options”) and we default the person to view a larger group calendar?… and hopefully without going back through the questionnaire, since if they put in the same truthful info, it will show them group b again based on routing instructions.

I'm trying to figure out how to move from one calendar being shown to someone, to provide another one, with a low a level of effort on the participant. Thanks!!

Hmm @BEichler81200. That’s a great question.

It sounds like you almost need a ‘go back’ step in the routing form results, which isn’t something we have right now but it’s a phenomenal idea. I’m definitely passing it along to our Product team!

It’s not a perfect solution, but one thing you could do in the interim would be dropping a link to the alternate calendar in the description of the event. The issue with this is that it wouldn’t be able to bring in any element of the routing form in case there was some element you wanted to preserve.

Thank you, yes, please pass on to the Product team. We will consider and test out using a link with your idea but we would have to figure out how to collect the user info as well to book the appt such as phone number, name, email, and employer they work for as that is required for us to make our calls. So having that link go somewhere be interesting as it can’t go back to our main live page living on our corporate website since that link would cycle them back through the same logic and end result.

I am considering, and will test when we get a chance, to use priority settings for the first time in these situations and have the main group of people have max priority available showing but have a couple ghost low priority people that hopefully wouldnt be selected in normal situations but if availability was truly poor with the high priority people as least the option to see more appt times available with low priority person(s) may keep everyone on the same calendar negating the need to get them to “see” a default larger group of agents calendar or “go back”.
