Round Robin, Managed Workflows Setup

I would like to create a managed event for a round robin meeting type, but this does not appear to be supported. When I create a team event using the round robin format, I cannot determine how to add workflows. I first attempted to use Managed Workflows, but the correct round robin event type is not available for selection. I also cannot select any workflows associated with the individual hosts. How can workflows be created or applied to round robin events?

On the workflows page you’ll see a dropdown menu to switch between users and teams. Select the team that the round robin event belongs to, then click on “Create your own workflow”. 

This will attach the workflow to your team which will allow you to select the round robin event type.

Hi,

This is from the Managed Workflows which do not have a dropdown. IF not possible to use Managed Workflows for a Round Robin event type, is there a way to clone these to a team? It seems odd that I cannot have any admin management over Round Robin, when that is a very common meeting type for Sales?

Unfortunately, you cannot create a round robin managed event type; as a result, you would need to create a brand new workflow connected to the round robin team - there isn’t currently a way to clone a managed workflow to a team that I’m aware of.
