Our company is looking for a way to run webinars on a regular cadence, however, with rotating hosts on a round robin.  I noticed in help articles that Calendly may only support one-on-one events in a round robin - but I figured it best to ask if it was possible to round robin a one-to-many event like described?

Ideally, the event would have a limit of 5 people per webinar (which I know is possible), but the round robin part is crucial so as to balance the webinars going between our 2 staff hosts.  Hope this makes sense!

Hi Chris!

Hmm. Can you tell me more about how this would work from a process perspective? And I’ll see if I can meet you in the middle with a solution.

It feels a bit “chicken or egg” in that we need to figure out who is available to host the webinar in order to offer up a webinar, but we also need to know what dates invitees need the webinar in order to book the webinar. I’m trying to untangle that bit.
