90%+ of our userbase is Arabic speaking and prefer reading content in Arabic.

We face several issues because of this:

  1. No RTL (right-to-left) language support makes the UI of the landing pages look awkward
  2. Unprofessional landing page with a mixture of languages
    1. Event name and description - Arabic
    2. “Select a Day” calendar title - English
    3. Calendar entirely in English (Month & weekdays) - it’s fine to keep the numbers as they are
    4. Time selection flow - English
    5. Event details (duration, time/date, timezone) - English
    6. “Enter details”
      1. Title = English
      2. Fields forced by Calendly (name, email) English
      3. Additional fields we want to add - Arabic
    7. Success/confirmation page - English

Our company has been paying for Calendly for years and we’re looking to scale up our usage soon, but we cannot justify paying for a bad user experience much longer.

If there’s a roadmap that can give us an estimate on when, if ever, these issues will be addressed, we would love to hear about it.

Hi @Jarrah82725 - Really appreciate the in-depth feedback here.

I’ll get this passed along to our product team. There has been conversations about increasing language localization recently, however, I don’t quite have a timeline or a roadmap for when Arabic in specific would be released.

If I hear any update, I’ll let you know!
