Our admin has left the company and now the connection from calendly back into Salesforce is not updating any records.  I have tried to resync orgs with my new credentials as admin but have not been successful with updates.

Just to confirm, are you also listed as the Salesforce Admin? I’d also recommend looking at the article that covers post install steps for Salesforce here: Calendly Salesforce package v2 post-install steps
