Hello,

I usually run multiple meetings with my clients, and when it is time to schedule an additional meeting I usually use the option that says “schedule invitee again.” This allows me to duplicate the meeting, while allowing the past meetings to stay on my calendar for tracking purposes. I have recently noticed an update to the calendly pages and I am not find the “schedule invitee again” option anymore. Can anyone help me locate where that option has been moved to? Thanks.

Hi @Jemayne W - Thanks for reaching out!

Are you noticing this for some events or all events that are being booked? Are you booking these through the contacts page? Let me know!

I can dig into it a bit more once I have more information from your end. 🙂

Looks like the original submitter never responded but I just started experiencing.

It is for all events and when I access the Meetings tab where you can reschedule or cancel. There used to be an option to “schedule again” that is now gone.

Just had a long chat with a Calendly support tech and unfortunately Calendly has taken a huge step backwards with productivity when desiring to schedule reoccurring meetings. The ability to “schedule again” and have the contact information (email addresses) for “Guests” brought forward to the new event is no longer possible.

This makes it very difficult to schedule meetings again with a large number of participants since Calendly only recognizes the main Invitee. This will now require a lot toggling between open tabs and my contacts outside of Calendly because the Contacts tab within Calendly only records the main Attendee.
