When I client uses my link to book, I receive an email showing the event but the event does not come into my diary as a meeting. Sometimes I have to manually recreate the meeting into my Outlook.

When this happens, the first thing I recommend is disconnecting and reconnecting your calendar connection from this page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

Once reconnected, try scheduling a test meeting with yourself and let me know if it works!
