I have clients telling me they can't schedule for February and March for their tax appointments. Is there a way to fix this?

Oh tax season. That’s going to be here before we know it!
There are a few different things that could be blocking clients from scheduling, but if I had to pick one I’m going to bet your event isn’t setup to book that far out. The default is 60 rolling days in the future, which right now would put us at the very beginning of February.
If that isn’t the issue, I’d definitely give the Troubleshooting Tool a try as it will help you find the issue and fix it. You can learn more about that tool here:
