I have set my working hours in calendly and added them to each of my events.  It just came to my attention that calendly is not making my availability accesible to clients on most days.  In fact I can’t find much rhyme or reason to why it does on some days on why it doesn’t on most other days.  I have cross checked with my google calendar to look for conflicts and there are none.  I even just removed the max # of appts allowed ot see if that was a contributor to the problem and that didn’t seem to help either.  There are days that I should absolutely have availability and calendly says I don’t and that there is a conflict when there isn’t.  Help!

Hi @Brooke60415, man that sounds confusing. Let’s see if we can’t get some clarity here. I know you said you checked your google calendar for conflicts but nine times out of ten when this happens there is a conflict on your connected calendar or there is a meeting setting that is checked but maybe a little hidden. Is Calendly only checking one calendar? Or is it checking other shared calendars for conflicts? If so, then it is checking for openings that coincide with all your calendars. You can check that in your Availability Area

Next, in working out your availability, the troubleshooting button can give you a lot of information. To use it, navigate to the event type in question and click ‘Preview’ where you will see your booking page. At the bottom of the calendar, on that page, is a troubleshooting button osee below]. Follow it! If you are still running into issues. Let us know and we will work with you.

Thank you so much for your reply!
I was actually able to find the source of the problem.  There was a shared calendar that I never use and I didn’t even think to see if that one was connected - it was.  So silly.  Thanks so much!!
