I support 2 different organizations and schedule meetings through their unique domain google calenders. I have calendly set up on my primary/main google calendar. Any appointment I currently send a link for scheduling sets the meeting on my primary account. I don’t see an option to switch users/domains for scheduling.

Can I schedule meetings on the other calendars outside of my domain through this one Calendly account OR do I need to have 3 different calendly accounts for scheduling?

Hi @Barry2025 - Thanks for reaching out!

Yes you are correct. At this time, any events scheduled through the same Calendly event all will be added to the same connected calendar. There is not a way to set different events to different Calendars. This is something thats been requested before, so I’ve passed it along to our product team as feedback!

In your case, it would be best to have 3 different Calendly accounts for scheduling. If these are paid accounts, you can also invite them into the same organization - so you can manage each one from the same place! You can read more on this here: How to add or remove users and seats
