I have check a few similar post and none seem to really link with my request so posting this question.

I would like to setup an Event type (30 min meeting) on a registration page. The catch however is that I need the Event to basically check 3 persons calendars (3 google calendars) when displaying availability (they are in two different time zones).

  • Is this possible and if so how?
  • When a meeting is booked can it go to the specific user calendar based on the time selected?

Hi MT.Specialist!

You have two options to achieve this with a couple caveats. You will want to create either a Collective Event or Round Robin Event:

  • Collective Event - is a many-to-one meeting, with multiple Calendly hosts and one invitee. This event type allows a single invitee to book with multiple Calendly hosts at one time. With collective event types, Calendly pools your team members' availability to make sure your teammates are all free when an invitee selects a time to meet. These events let you host an event with another person and let invitees pick a time when you're all available. Collective events are great for groups who meet regularly with clients and want to make sure everyone is available at the same time, such as decision making meetings or status updates.
    • This event type is available to Standard, Teams, or Enterprise accounts.
  • Round Robin Events - These events are 1-to-1 bookings that automatically rotate team members to pair one team member with an invitee based on availability and other specific preferences you can set. Calendly will randomly assign an event to an individual host from a pool of hosts. Round robin events are great for groups that rotate the responsibility of hosting, such as a sales team meeting with leads.

    • This event type is available to Teams and Enterprise customers only.
