Hello everyone,

 

I have been struggling to understand how to let Calendly automatically send the calendar invites upon booking using my company email. So far just my gmail keeps sending the confirmation email, while  I login to my calendly with my company email.

 

Any advice? or is it even possible?

Hey ​@Omid55875! Thanks for reaching out about this.

The email that sends out calendar invitations is based on which calendar is connected to your account over on the Calendar Sync page: https://calendly.com/app/calendar_connections

You’ll need to connect your company email, then set it as the Add To Calendar:
 

 

Once adjusted, events will be added to that specific calendar, and invites would be sent from that email as well.
