Hi Team, Suppose a business operates on multiple locations and when someone books appointment at a specific location, in confirmation link, the customer should get a map link of that specific location. Is this possible now in anyways ?

Hey there @Aman -- thanks for your post!

At this time, this is not possible. However -- there’s a workaround! You can include a link to a map for each location in the description of the event type, or in the booking confirmation/in followups (using Workflows). This would require having an event type for each location.

You can set up an event type for each location, then use routing forms to have invitees book the proper one.

Routing forms let you request information such as industry, company size, specific interests, etc. from website visitors and automatically direct them to a specific scheduling or web page based on their responses. It's great for screening and qualifying sales leads on a website or matching clients or students to the booking page of the right subject-matter expert based on their interests, program, or other criteria. You can read more about setting up routing forms, here!

With your use case:

  • Set up an event type for each separate location
  • Set up a routing form
  • Use a question on the routing form like, “which location are you booking today?”
  • Use routing logic to send the invitee to the event type for that location to book

I hope this helps!
