Send Microsoft Teams recording link

At this time, there is not a way to automatically send the recording link after the meeting ends. The recording link would need to be generated by you and sent manually to those invitees. However, this process can be made easier since you can export the list of the invitees for any of your Group Events on your Meetings Page here:

thanks for your prompt reply. 

As far as I could check, the Team call scheduled by Calendly works as “Team MEETING”. There is another way to set up a Teams call using the “WEBINAR” mode. 

If Calendly could set up a Teams call as “WEBINAR” then it would be much more easy to share the Teams video recording with all invitees.

Do you think it could be possible?

Using the Teams integration to create webinar links is not currently possible with Calendly - However this is also something thats been requested before, so I’ve added your post to our internal ticket. Hopefully we’ll see more added on to it. But keep an eye out, as we’ll have some new features coming out in the new year that allows for more meeting recording flexibility. You’ll hear more soon!
