When a prospect books an appointment that has an event type with the location set to Zoom Meeting; is there any way to send the Zoom confirmation instead of the Calendly confirmation? 

 

I ask because Zoom confirmation email messages give you the ability to add the appointment to Google calendar, Apple Calendar and  your Outlook Calendar

if you have set the location for an event type as "Zoom Meeting," you can configure it to send the Zoom confirmation details directly to the person booking the appointment.
