Sending Specific Resources to Invitees based on their answer

Context - I work for a post secondary institution in Career Services.
 

We use Calendly for students to book meetings with our team. I am trying to use Calendly to send specific resources based on the Answer to the initial Question.

(If This Selected > Then This Resource Provided)

Ex. Select ‘Resume Support’ receive email with resource guide for resume development.

 

I am unable to find a variable that will trigger this response so I am wondering what the solution would be?

Hi Dillon!

Hmmm… this is a great question!

You could look into setting up different event types for specific resources and then using a routing form to get students to right event and the right subsequent workflows. So let’s say for example a student picks “Resume Support” in the routing form, it takes them to the “Resume Support - 60 Minute” event type, and they get a follow up email with corresponding resources.
