There isn’t a way to achieve this within a single event type at this time, but we do have a workaround that works pretty well!

In this case, you would create two different event types: one for in-person and one for virtual. On the back end, you’d set the location for each event and then set the availability for when you’d like to be booked for each. Based off what you’ve said, it sounds like you’d probably set in-person for Monday through Thursday, and virtual for Monday through Friday. This way your invitees can choose which they’d prefer while respecting your scheduling and location preferences.
