I am a college professor and use Calendly for students to schedule office hours. I have three locations: Zoom, Phone, and my office. The issue is that I am available to meet in my office during a subset of the available hours. Using a second event for my office is confusing, how would a student know which event to use?

Hi @Bernie57815 - Thanks for reaching out!

At this time, you’re only able to set one schedule per event, so this would require a second event just for your in-person hours. However, I’ve gotten this passed along to our product team as feedback - hopefully we can see something like this in the future!

I’ve worked with other teachers in the past who use two events for meetings, most of the time, they’ll just include two links in their emails for students who prefer in-person vs online meetings.

Let me know if you have any questions!

I do appreciate the quick reply and suggestion. The two-event approach will work some of the time (students will choose the wrong link or be upset when there is no available time within an event, while there is time available in the other). I am looking for as simple a solution as possible (from the student’s perspective). Ideally, a student would open the event, find their desired time, and then select the available corresponding location. That way, I could create events for the different types of student-initiated meetings, such as short meetings (~10 minutes), assignment reviews (~20 minutes), and discussions (~30 minutes), among others.
