Question

Set up a meeting link - invitee can choose with who to book meeting with from the meeting

I want to set up a 1 on 1 meeting type for my company.

The lead clicks on the calendly meeting link for the company and they can select which user to book a 1 on 1 meeting with.

I want to set up a series of meeting types for the company and then under that select the users. Assists in sending on the links to be at company level instead of at user level.

Thanks

Jeremy

Hi @Jeremy05421!

Great idea.

I can think of two Calendly features that would help you make this happen. Both solutions will allow you to send one link to invitees and be at the company level instead of user level.

The first is a Team page. This functionality allows a team admin/owner to create a page that list event types across their Calendly Teams account. You can learn more about Team pages here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/16831517906711-How-to-set-up-a-team-page

The second is a Routing form. This functionality allows a team admin/owner to use conditional logic to direct invitees to the correct event type. You could create logic based on products, location, domains, and more. More on Routing forms here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418606043927-Getting-started-with-Routing-Forms

Hope this helps!
