My team is distributed across multiple time zones, and I want to create a Calendly event where invitees can see the availability of all team members in one place. Ideally, they should be able to select any available time slot, regardless of the specific host. It is not required for every team member to be on every call. We just need 1 employee and 1 customer on each call. Each team member's availability is already synced with Google Calendar.

Is there a way to set this up in Calendly so that invitees can book based on the combined availability of the entire team? If so, what’s the best approach?

In this case, the best way to go about this is by using the Round Robin event type, this allows you to combine multiple team members schedules under one booking page.

Once an invitee books, they’ll be assigned one of the team members available at that time, then automatically rotate to the next available host!
