Hello, does anyone know how i can have the phone number request mandatory for when people book times ? 

Also, how to make sure people make their booking with a valid email address? I did a test and could book a schedule with an email address missing the “m” from “.com”

You can make a phone number field mandatory by editing the event and going to Booking Page Options > Booking Form: Invitee Questions > Add New Question. In the box that appears, the question is any directions you’d like to provide regarding phone number so something like “Please provide a phone number we can reach you at to conduct this appointment”. Then be sure to check the ‘Required’ checkbox and change the ‘Answer Type’ to ‘Phone Number’. Be sure to hit ‘Save and Close’ on the Booking Page Options page before returning to the event details! Alternatively, if your location setting (under Event Details > Location) is set to Phone Call with “I will call my invitee” you’ll see the same type of mandatory question box appear.

As for the valid email address, we can’t make that mandatory but you might want to explore either sending a reconfirm workflow email or cancelling any meeting where the invitee hasn’t accepted the meeting invite. Invalid email addresses won’t be able to accept the event which is a fairly good indicator of either missing/incorrect information or a misleading invitee.

Thank you for the tips! For the email, then i will mention that they should receive a confirmation email so they know something is off if they don’t receive anything.
