Is it possible to add an existing shared event type (in this case, a Round Robin) to a team page?

It’s unfortunately not possible to add a shared event type to a team page. They’re rather super specific events with a very custom type of access whereas team events are totally different. There’s a helpful segment on this article here talking about the two types of events, when to use them, and what can and can’t be done.

Your best bet here is to create a new team event that can be added to your team page. More on creating team round robins here.
