I am trying to schedule a 1-day event (photo shoot) with an AM session that runs 9-12 and a PM session that runs 1-4, with 30 spots per session. I was able to create my event and the time-blocks show on my calendar, but on the booking page, the clickable options are 9:00 and 1:00. I’m afraid this might confuse my clients as they might not realize that the 9:00 option actually goes until 12:00. Is there a way to show time-ranges on the booking page? Ideally, the booking page would have: 

9:00-12:00 (30 spots available)

1:00-4:00 (30 spots available)

On the left hand side of the booking page, the duration is fairly clearly shown right below the event title. But I hear you entirely. Sometimes people do miss some very obvious information! I think in this case, I’d recommend adding an extra description in the event that clearly states the duration of the event and even going so far as to say “If you book the 9am slot, you will be here from 9am to 12pm. If you book the 1pm slot, you will be here from 1pm to 4:00pm.” It’s that classic tell them what you’re going to tell them, tell them, tell them what you told them!

Thanks for the reply! In this case, they can arrive anytime between 9-12. It is more of a drop-in, but with a limited number of slots. I would prefer if they all did not arrive at 9:00 or think that was the only option. Just curious if there was a way to edit the time shown on the booking page.
