Is there a master calendar in calendly where I can mark certain individual days in a month as unavailable when traveling and such?

Thanks for reaching out here. You can find this under your Availability Page! This is where you can set hours for specific days, weeks, or change your recurring hours! You can set this to be applied to specific events by using the Active on dropdown:
Alternatively, you can add Busy events to your connected calendar, those would block off time across your account as well.
