With integration with stripe, can clients submit payments along a sliding scale range versus a set payment?

Also, how can we communicate directly with someone from calendly support?  Chat or email?  Thanks.

Hi @G-SH,

Our payment integration with both Stripe and Paypal only allow fixed amounts, so a sliding scale wouldn’t be feasible. If alternative pricing is a must-have, I’d consider looking into sending invoicing in a workflow.

As for communicating directly with Calendly Support, we’re able to help you here. Alternatively, you can always start a support ticket through the process here (chat): https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hi and thank you for your reply.

Where do I find more information about “sending invoicing in a workflow”?   Will this allow for clients to pay in varying amounts?

I have tried to go to the link that you provided https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, however all I can see is this (see screenshot).  I do not see an option for a support ticket through chat.

Hi @G-SH!

Given that you’re using Stripe, you’d want to look into using their payment links functionality. I’m no Stripe expert though, so I can only direct you to their help resources here: https://stripe.com/payments/payment-links

The idea here is that a invitee books a meeting through Calendly and then receives an automated workflow email soon after with the payment link. This gives you a lot of control over timing, which invoice tool you use, etc. More on workflows here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051017814-Workflows-overview

As for Support… ugh. Sorry. Every once in a great while we’ve got customers who see that page far more blank that it should be due to things like anti-virus, security settings, extensions, etc. It looks like you are one the unlucky few, so please feel free to email support@calendly.com instead when needed.
