I need to see specific dates and times to select for clients.  Previously this was simple, easy and quick. Now - IMPOSSIBLE! - I can’t even see the times properly.

In the update, they overlay the calendar and you can’t see the times!

Anyone else have this problem?  Is there a work around?

What took me 2 minutes previously becomes a 15 minute process and I keep asking, “why am I using Calendly?”

Hi @Ray52130 - Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you’re running into some issues here!

Could you tell me more about what you’re doing here? Are you creating a one-off event or a brand new event? Any additional information you can share would be great as it would help me dig into it further.

Let me know!

What I'm attempting to do which was easy to do prior to the update is to send my clients times to schedule in the future in an email.

For example, they would tell me I'm available from 3 o'clock to 5 o'clock every Tuesday and Thursday and I would send them dates to schedule out every other week on Tuesdays at 4 o'clock. They click on the link and schedule all the dates in the email.

Now when I want to specific dates, I can't see the times available because they're hidden behind the calendar. I have to have a separate calendar open to see what's available on my schedule and click the dates that I have those times available. Then I have to click off all the times that I do not want to send my client on those days.

Prior to the update what would take 2 to 3 minutes per client now takes more like 20 minutes. This makes Calendly virtually unusable for me and I’m looking for other solutions.

Hm okay, I appreciate all this information here.

If its not too much trouble, would you be able to create a video showing what your process looks like? I’d like to get this to our team so we can look into potential risks with this new email sharing flow. Any additional information you can share with it would be much appreciated.

Let me know if you have any questions!

David:

I emailed the link back to you for a VIDEO

Hi Ray!

Thanks for sending this over - I’ve removed the link but I have this saved on my end. I’ll be reviewing this and I’ll get back with you!

Thanks, David - I really appreciate the consideration.  Because of your response, I’m hanging in there and hope for a change/update/work-a-round.  Thank you!

Hi @Ray52130 - Thanks again for taking the time to report this and send over the information.

Just wanted to get you another update that I’ve made that report and the team is reviewing it now. I just don’t quite have a timeline on when/if this would be implemented. To be transparent, there is more work to be done first on ensuring that the product remains stable for now, but as soon as I hear any updates around updating this process, you’ll be the first to know!

One workaround that could be a possibility is using the Calendly Extension to share times via email instead. This way you can work through this process from a single window, instead of going back and forth between Calendly/Your email. You can read more about it here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/18890445768087-Browser-extensions

@David The Calendly Extension is not a work around.  I still cannot see the times available on each day as I could in the previous Calendly version.

It is better than the website.

I still have to have my calendar open and check my calendar first before using Calendly.  I migh as well just use Google Scheduling.

I hope this is addresseed soon @David
