Standard plan with one seat

I want to upgrade to Standard with just one seat but it tells me to remove users? I only have one user...

Apologies for the delayed reply. I did some looking around in the backend of our account management software and it looks like you were able to upgrade successfully. Let me know if you have any other questions about your account or how to use your new features that come with a Standard Account.
