Is there a way to stop the client from booking a meeting for a given radial button option and give them a reason why?

 

For example 

Are you looking for hourly consulting?

If they mark “yes” then they get a message saying “we are no longer offering hourly consulting” and they can’t proceed through the booking process.

If they mark “no” then they can continue booking process.

There isn’t a way to stop the booking process based on routing forms. That said, you can set your routing forms to direct to different event types. You could easily set up an event type with no availability and the booking page description contains your explanation text. From a user perspective this would make sense that there isn’t availability for an option you no longer offer. I hope this helps!
