The time zone menu feels overwhelming due to:

1. The large number of time zones listed, making it hard to quickly find the desired one.

3. Daylight saving time variations further complicating the list.

Suggestions for Improvement:

1. Streamlined Display of Common Time Zones: Introduce a section at the top of the menu that displays commonly used or recently selected time zones. This would allow frequent users to find their relevant time zones quickly without navigating the entire list each time.

2. Searchable Time Zone Field: Allow users to type and search for their desired time zone rather than scrolling through the list. A predictive search feature would save time and improve efficiency, especially when users are unfamiliar with the exact format of the zone names.

Clearer Grouping by Region: Organize the time zones into geographic groupings (e.g., "North America," "Europe," "Asia") or by their global time offset (e.g., GMT+1, GMT+2), making it easier for users to find the correct time zone. This would also visually declutter the drop-down list by breaking it into smaller, more manageable sections.

4. Consistent Formatting: Standardize the time zone names and abbreviations for greater clarity. For example, use a uniform format such as "hCity/Region] (Abbreviation – GMT Offset)" for all time zones. This would ensure consistency and reduce confusion when navigating the list.
